Many reviewers felt that it was a bit expensive for a cup-to- bean maker (and does not come with a pitcher of milk).
There were numerous glowing reviews about the machine's user-friendliness and the quality of its coffee. The digital display provides feedback and step-by-step directions throughout the entire brewing procedure that will help you perfect your drink every time. It even allows you to tweak the size of the grind if it's not exactly right. This model is ideal for those who enjoy milky drinks. The steam wand can be adjusted upwards and downwards to fit most drinking vessels, except Viking drinking horns. We were impressed by the speed and effectiveness of the frothing process, as well. It also produces an amazing espresso with a fantastic crema and full flavor despite its compact size.
The BCC02 is a fantastic all-rounder that's quiet, efficient and offers superb value for money, especially at its current price of PS499. Its only real drawback is the fact that it does not offer the same level of customization as other bean to cup models we've tested. It has a pump that is 15 bars rather than the standard 19 bars. This is not as effective for making high-quality espressos. But other than that it's a great bean-to-cup machine for those who like their coffee strong and black. 2. Melitta Barista TS Smart
The Barista TS Smart is a top bean-to-cup machine with numerous features that set it above the rest. Its most unique feature is probably the fact that it can be controlled from your smartphone via the Melitta Connect app. This lets you alter settings and even dispense various coffee recipes that are stored within the machine itself.
This makes the machine flexible and able to adapt to your preferences. There are a variety of options to alter the intensity of your drink, cup sizes and even whether you want milk to be added. The machine comes with two airtight containers of beans that are automatically chosen to accommodate different tastes. The machine is set to use standard espresso beans and cafe creme, which is a German variation of long black or flat white. But, you can select any beans you'd like. There's also a convenient chute for pre-ground coffee if you'd prefer to make your own (for instance in the event that your dinner guest brings their own).
Users have also said they are impressed with the speed of the machine. It is more efficient than other machine they've used. Another advantage is that the machine will notify you when one of its hoppers is almost empty, so you do not get caught running out of your preferred beverage.
The price may be a problem for certain. It's not cheap, at nearly PS999. It is still cheaper than comparable Jura machines that have similar features.
